Steve and Stacie just moved to St. Pete Beach, Florida, and are looking to put down some roots. They find their perfect beachside home but it needs a ton of work. Renovation plans include a new outdoor space with a kitchen and patio, adding a brand new master suite and building a garage from the ground up where Steve can work on cars and motorcycles.
