Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer look back at some more of their builds and inspiring house-hunts. In Birmingham, Nikki and Bash's three-bed, one-bath house was no longer fit for their family of five. Kirstie had concerns over their £100,000 budget and wanted them to avoid over-spending - but did they heed her advice? In Stoke, Julie and Allen were at loggerheads over their three-bed home. Kirstie literally ripped up her own original plan and pitched another with a reduced spend that blew them both away.
