Department S: Four men dressed in costumes are shot to death in a cellar while celebrating a robbery. The investigation shows that the gun of the one dressed as a cowboy had been fired. When an unidentified man's body is found in the trunk of a car fished out of a lake, the Department discover who the gun was used on -- but not why, or what the connection is to a World War II German field marshall's baton.
