Top Cat: Police dog Griswald is assigned by Dibble to prevent Top Cat from using the alley precinct phone. After trying unsuccessfully to get rid of the dog, Top Cat contrives to have the police commissioner use the phone. When the over-protective Griswaid bites the commissioner, the pooch is relieved of his duties.
